We welcome an opportunity to share improvement values with our customers as costs down initiatives are a normal part of our business. Continuous improvement drives the elements associated with TAC (total acquisition cost) to a minimum. Often we invest in these efforts alone but welcome our customers to participate in the value associated with technological innovation, engineering change and validation.
